Steve Oliver BEng (Hons) MRAeS IEng brings a substantial breadth of experience across the aviation sector, having worked with leading airlines and, most recently, serving as a Principal Airworthiness Surveyor at the UK Civil Aviation Authority.

Steve Oliver BEng (Hons) MRAeS IEng brings a substantial breadth of experience across the aviation sector, having worked with leading airlines and, most recently, serving as a Principal Airworthiness Surveyor at the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
During his time at the UK CAA, Steve was responsible for the oversight of Large Part CAMO and Part 145 organisations both in the UK and internationally. His work included mentoring and supporting colleagues, driving regulatory improvements, designing and delivering training programmes, and conducting aircraft surveys for the issuance of Import and Export Certificates of Airworthiness.
Steve is a recognised Subject Matter Expert in Part M, Part CAMO, Aircraft Survey, and Airworthiness Leasing, and has developed and taught these disciplines within the UK CAA. He also has a comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and his deep understanding of the aviation landscape, combined with a proven record of delivering results, underpins the high‑quality guidance he provides to industry.
